CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program employing constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high level of intensity. Designed for universal scalability, CrossFit is the perfect physical application for any committed individual, regardless of experience, looking to improve general physical fitness. Designed with the generalist in mind, CrossFit has proven to be a pivot point in those looking to achieve elite fitness, whether for use in combat, survival, sports, or everyday life.


One of the first things you are likely to notice is that we don’t look like a modern franchise gym. Our friendly, family like atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie more like that of a sporting team than a ‘modern’ gym. Our community is made up of people of all fitness levels and abilities regardless of age, from elite athletes, recreational sportspeople to housewives. You will find the environment motivating, friendly and welcoming to anyone willing to put in the work. CrossFit is fun, challenging and a close community experience and we’ll turn what was once your boring exercise program into the sport of fitness.


At CrossFit YouFit we are passionate about what we do, we train hard, we sweat, and we know each other by first name. Although we train hard, harder than you’ve probably ever trained before, we will find many ways to make it more fun and in doing so you will be in the best shape of your life. The group environment is competitive but friendly, and will push you to perform at your best. We will encourage you to challenge yourself and take your fitness to a new level whilst having fun and meeting new people along the way.


Our program is designed for scalability and by varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. We take an old-school approach emphasizing fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. We prefer to use our bodies in the way they were designed to be used by employing functional, real life movements. You will learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges at the appropriate level for each person. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. With commitment and hard work you will achieve greater general fitness.

World Class Fitness in 100 words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".
